Hallo Mac, vielen Dank für Deinen dichterischen Versuch! Klingt schon mal viel besser als mein holpriger Vers:
Everybody everywhere ought / do once a week some sport...

Everyone in every place
once a week should move in space (na ja :)

...wöchentlich reicht nämlich nicht... :-)

....I do know who Albert Speer was/is! ...In fact he was my first thought as I read this question/thread; thatŽs why I used his name at all,.... IŽm seriously surprised over your question posted to me...! ....if thatŽs bicurious, it must be me!

at least once a week take a day
to get up off your ass
and go out and play

move your ass once a week
go and play hide and seek
that wee bit of running won't do you any harm
you'll turn into a stunning little charm'
and if you go running a little bit further
you'll find out that sports is no real murder.
