Well, we say he couldn't keep his hands off her, but the connotations might not be the same and I'm having a hard time tweaking this for your case. Does it mean something more like, I will never let you go or I won't be able to let you go (give you up)?

i mean that more in the sense of a sexual desire ... i thought about this " keep the hands off someone" but then i thought that sounds too much like the german version ;) but i guess it fits ^^

Agree with dude, but I'd add an "of", and I can't really explain why: I won't be able to keep my hands off of you.

alternativ: "Can't/won't be able to/ keep my eyes off you"

Hände sind aber mal nicht Augen. Mit den Augen kann man jemanden von der Ferne aus vergenusswurzeln, mit den Händen hingegen hängt man ja direkt an der Person, und das soll ja auch ausgedrückt werden.
