    The risk covered is – departing from subclause 10 (b) of the General Terms and Conditions for Liability Insurance – the legal liability of the policy holder, which is subject to private law, against personal injury and property damage caused by harmful environmental effect
    for the risks listed in the Appendix of the General Contract Data.
