Danke, aber der Begriff "One night stand" ist ein bißchen zu hart. "Mädchen für eine Nacht" ist leichter, scherzhafter. Fällt Euch vielleicht noch eine andere Übersetzung ein? Danke.

one-night stand ist auch nicht "härter" als Mädchen für eine Nacht - kommt Dir vielleicht so vor, weil es eine fremde Sprache ist

As the male ("Er:") is the one speaking, perhaps one could use the joking phrase:
"I'm not a one-time wonder" to capture the essence.
Please note that in the US, one more often hears when dating:
"I don't want a one-time wonder", meaning that the speaker wants to go out with someone more than once, to get to know them better.

Mostly it's rather an unconscious partner than a sleeping partner ;-)

I think "I'm not a one-time wonder" (#7) is misleading, since the usual (sports) juxtaposition tends to be something like "one-time wonder or all-time great?" Is he saying that he's an all-time great then? That would make him sound a bit full of himself, IMO.

I'd go with #1: I'm not a one-night stand.

Or maybe even: I'm not a love-'em-and-leave-'em kind of guy.
