Der Arbeitgeber ist berechtigt, den Arbeitnehmer mit Ausspruch einer Kündigung, gleich von welcher Seite, unter Fortzahlung der Bezüge und unter Anrechnung restlicher Urlaubsansprüche und etwaiger sonstiger Freizeitausgleichsansprüche von der Arbeitsleistung freizustellen.

Release of the obligation to work

In case of termination the employer is allowed to release the employee from work – whatever partie ended the contract – continuing payment and under compensation of outstanding days of leave or any other free time.
