The term may be all over the internet but I don't think "colonic irrigation"("Darmreinigung"/"Darmspülung") fits the bill here. It may be part of a "Darmsanierung" programme but that's not all there is to it. "Darmsanierung" implies restoring a healthy gut flora. Antibiotics disrupt the balance of the intestinal flora and there are various ways of restoring it afterwards - probiotics, fermented food etc.
