"Hüftsteak an Sauce Bernaise, Bohnenbündchen und Kartoffelgratin"

I'm told that 'rump steak' is not the term here and that Hüftsteak is a slightly lower quality meat (or rather that Hüftsteak is more fatty). Can anyone confirm this and suggest an appropriate translation. I don|t suppose it's better quality though right (that is something comparable to 'filet mignon'. Many thanks to the gastronomes and epicureans in advance.

"Rump steak in a Bernaise sauce with a parcel of string beans and potato au gratin"
