Another option. However, the commonest terms (in the UK) are simply belt or conveyor belt (note the spelling!).

#1 und #2: ja, das Trennding ist auch so ein Ding ohne richtiges Wort, wie Pömpel & Co. Ich frage mal beim nächsten Mal an der Kasse meinen Nebenmann beiläufig nach dem Warentrennblock - bin gespannt was da kommt. Und ob da was kommt. Außer fragende Augen!
