    PT and MT

    Sources
These are from contractor agreements. This appears under the payment terms and stipulated work volumes.

I have two different phrases but one might give context for the other.

    1. Volumen: 220 PT à 8h

    2. Leistungsumfang: nach Aufwand, geplanter Umfang- 200 MT für Jahr 2013
    Comment
In the contract for example 1. there is also TS à 8h = 700 Euro)

I understand "TS" as "Tagessatz" but don't understand "PT" and "MT".

Is anybody able to help, please?

    Very, very, very much appreciated.

    MT= Manntag(e)

Tagewerk (TW), Wochenwerk (WW), usw.

Suggestionman day vs. person day (person day is the correct term today)
    Sources
    I found this on projectmanagement.com
    Comment
According to Merriam Webster online, the first use of the word man day was recorded in 1925. In more modern times, the term has evolved to mean (according to Urban Dictionary):

    - the day when a group of guys get together and forget about their problems and women
    - the day after Valentine's Day
    - Super Bowl Sunday

There is also an International Man Day (June 15).

Yes, the politically correct person day is the preferred term in PC circles and there are many women working in project management
