    Just a side note: "expressively" is wrong.
    "expressively waiving" should be "expressly waiving"

    As I am not certain of the German, I offer this for discussion only.

    "Buyer takes this item "as is," and expressly waives any possible right to make a claim. This sale excludes every [Rechts- bzw. Sachmittelhaftung]."

    FWIW, der deutsche Satz ist fehlerhaft. "Rechts- bzw. Sachmittelhaftung" gibt es nicht. Richtig muss es eigentlich heißen:

    Rechts- bzw. Sachmängelhaftung = (warranty and) liability for material or legal defects

    Vergleiche die Terminologie im Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch bzw. in dessen quasi-offizieller Übersetzung:
    §§ 434, 435 BGB
