    in einfacher Wertung: die Punktzahl wird einmal gezählt.
    in doppelter Wertung: die Punktzahl wird zweimal gezählt ( doppelt gewichtet) etc.

    I'm really taking a guess here, but is it possible that something like "single weighting," "double weighting," and "quadruple weighting" would fit

    That was my thinking, too, but it seems a bit unusual for AE at least, especially in the higher numbers. I remember certain things being given a double value over others, for instance, but triple and quadruple? Seems odd.

    Mulling on it again (and also just throwing out an idea instead of what I think is a great suggestion):
    Would it be possible to translate "X in einfacher Wertung" as "X (is) counted once"?
    doppelt...twice?
    vierfach .. four times?
