    Is this supposed to be some sort of slogan or just someone commenting? Maybe: talk about lightning fast shipping.

    Since marketing-speak doesn't have to be too literal, you could consider 'instant delivery,' or maybe 'lightning-fast.'

    I don't think 'lightning' alone works quite as well in English, though it's probably also possible.

    I imagine you're aware that 'same-day delivery' is the neutral term that already exists -- if there's more text than just a heading, you might be able to work that in as well as a more vivid adjective in another phrase.

    I don't think I'd use blitz; it has a number of different connotations in AE that don't necessarily help get the idea across.

    Edit: if you Google "lightning fast shipping," you should get a host of hits from convincing sources - or at least reasonable ones.

    Also, strictly speaking, Versand means shipping, delivery would be Lieferung. Not sure if that's important for your context.

    I'd go for "instant delivery". (see #2)

    There are some non-native sources using "lightening speed" but it's not idiomatic.

    For one, it should be "lightning" -- unless, of course, they mean that the speed is such that it makes things lighter.... ;-)

    Ich kenne 'Blitzversand' eigentlich nur von Bewertungsportalen. Es ist umgangssprachlich (und lobend) und kein Ausdruck, der gewöhnlich vom Händler verwendet wird, deshalb finde ich 'same-day delivery' u.ä. etwas steif.

    Was ist denn mit so was wie 'faster than you can say Jack Robinson'?

    Wie Gibson schon sagt: "Blitzversand" ist ein Begriff, der sich bei ebay & Co. findet. Meist geht es dabei um ein, zwei Tage Lieferzeit. Hier hingegen wird ausgesagt, dass es sich tatsächlich um "Blitzversand" handelt.

    "instant delivery" dürfte auch meiner Meinung nach gut passen: "That's what I call instant delivery" o.ä. Auch gern in Rezensionen gelesen: "super fast delivery", das trifft die Sprachebene vielleicht noch besser.
