Well I think it might be the best to write in English. So the German "Apfelschorle" (consisting of apple juice and sarkling water) is at least in Ireland/ Dublin well known as "Cidona".

Britvic hat einen Drink namens Tango, so etwas wie Apfelschorle ist.

Bzw. es ist Apfelschorle mit dem Unterschied das sie stark gesüßt ist, was in Deutschland mit Apfelschorle eigentlich nicht der Fall ist.

Zum Wort Apple cider. Ich bin sicher das das in UK nicht funktioniert.
Wikipedia erwähnt das Wort Sparkling cider, vielleicht passt das besser.

In fact it is Apfelschorle with the difrerence that it is heavily sweetened, which is usually not the case for German Apfelschorle.

Regarding the word apple cider, I'm pretty sure this will not work in the UK.

Tango isn't Apfelschorle. Tango is a soft drink like Coca Cola or Sprite. Or would you call Fanta Apple Apfelschorle as well?

The original Tango was orange flavoured by the way. The cherry and apple flavours only came out later.

I have it from authority of a native English speaker that the UK does not have a name for Apfelschorle.
They know it and they drink it, but they don't have a extra name like Spritzer. And Cider is always with a alcohol.

If you order "apple juice with sparkling mineral water" you would get what you want.

i used Tango only as a example that such a think as Apfelschorle is known in the UK but they don't necessarily have a distinctive name for it.
It really tastes very much like real Apfelschorle, but as I said too sweet.

Wird gerne in the UK getrunken, ist aber nicht ganz mit Apfelschorle zu vergleichen. Wesentlich weicher und süsser im Geschmack, deutlich weniger erfrischend. Aber das Einzige, was der deutschen Apfelschorle entsprechen könnte. Auf keinen Fall Sparkling apple juice oder so etwas. Darunter versteht niemand was, zumindest nicht in the UK.
