AFAIK the word "Traft" does not exist except as a proper name of a person or company, but it has just come to me that your boss may mean "trough level" (this is only a guess, but it might make sense)

The "peak level" is the highest value that the drug level reaches in the body, and the "trough level" is the lowest level when repeated doses are given - measured just before the next dose.
