    Oh, I didn't see the noun "invoice". Yeah, right, it's an "invoice FOR sth." (an invoice for goods), but it's always "to the amount of sth". Hm...

    You are right, sorry, it's an "invoice FOR the amount of". I've just looked it up in a dictionary. Without the noun "invoice", however, it should be "to the amount of".

    Just to confuse everyone. But it works!

    FYI in the US an invoice is usually called a bill. Use it just like invoice (as verb or object)

    Stimmt! :-) Aber es heißt doch trotzdem "to the amount of", oder? So steht's zumindest in meinen Wörterbüchern.
