Might not be important anymore, but in case anyone finds this thread i'd like to try and shed some light on those abbreviations.

    STH Koordination (head office coordination??)

==> Sth = Stammhaus (kind of a head office, usually individual STH's for each business sector exist)

    Pricing Angebot, LoA

==> LoA = Limits of Authority (review process, i.e. you need to have certain documents reviewed and signed by defined persons/functions dependant on criteria like order volume, customer etc.)

    Koordination der Vertriebe/IAM

==> Coordination of Sales/IAM = International(?) Account Managers

Sounds like internal abbreviations of the Siemens company. Funny enough, by today most of them are based on english words (even if they sometimes don't make much sense for a native speaker in the used context).
