    Der Vertrag kann beiderseits mit einer Frist von sechs Wochen zum Quartalsende gekündigt werden.

    Bin gerade dabei einem amerikanischen Freund von mir, den Vertrag von einer Musikschule zu übersetzen und gerade bei dem obigen Satz der ja das wichtigste ist möchte ich nichts falsch machen.
    Kann mir das bitte jemand übersetzen?

    Suggestionwith six weeks' notice to the end of the quarter

    i.e. you need to give notice 6 weeks before the end of the quarter for the contract to end at the end of the quarter

    Either party may terminate the contract subject to six weeks' notice to the end of a (calendar) quarter.
