    Das heisst: Bauen im Bestand = Arbeiten an BESTEHENDEN Bauwerken im Gegensatz zum NEUBAU

    Im Englischen kenne ich leider nur die Einzelbegriffe: maintenance, repair, reconstruction, refurbishment, remodelling, conversion
