Simultaneous penetration of the mouth and either the vagina or anus. If the penetrating objects are penises, this is sometimes called the spit roast.

Und dann gibt es da noch die nicht-sexuelle Variante des Grillfestes. "spitroast" = "Drehgrill" oder wie auch immer das heißen mag.

Spit Roast is actually just one activity one can get up to in threesome.

Its actually rather unromantic to invite you to do that as its just a sexual position.

To invite you to a threesome is much more charming as obviously this includes much more, and is indeed more common in an evening spent "zu dritt" eg chatting, cuddling, kissing, caressing and of course intercourse - "just the three of us"
