    Sollte man aktiv umschreiben und die Umschreibung haengt vom Kontext ab. Z.B. wenn es um den Termin fuer ein Treffen geht: "Please schedule the meeting at your own convenience", etc.

    @Q: I'm sorry, but nobody would say that. You could say maybe "We could schedule the meeting to accommodate you/for whenever it is most convenient for you." But your version means that the person can schedule the meeting whenever he/she has the time to do so.
