Da Preisuntergrenze "lower price limit" ist, wuerde ich schlicht weg short-term lower price limit oder short-run lower price limit daraus machen. Keine Garantie, dass es ganz richtig ist, aber meine Profs (internationaler Studiengang Wirtschaftswissenschaften) sagen immer Hauptsache der Gespraechspartner weiss was gemeint ist.

"The price that is equal to a firm's average variable costs, below which it will produce no output."

Langfristige PUG heißt nach obiger Quelle (S. 650) übrigens "break even price":
"The price at which a firm is just able to cover all of its costs, including the opportunity cost of capital."

Die Begriffe sind also nicht wörtlich übersetzbar. Die englischen Bezeichnungen sind m.E. treffender und eingängiger.
