    I know that 'wirtschaftlich Berechtigter' is a 'beneficial owner' but can't find a suitable English word for 'abweichend'. Could I use something like 'different' or is there a set term?

    It should be mentioned that the word "differing" (abweichend) refers to the account holder (Vertragspartner). It might be useful to describe this fact like this: beneficial owners differing from the account holders.
    A native speaker could have better suggestions (since I am german).
