Pimping:
A pimp finds and manages clients for prostitutes and engages them in prostitution (in brothels in most cases and some cases street prostitution) in order to profit from their earnings. Typically, a pimp will not force prostitutes to stay with him, although some have been known to be abusive in order to keep their prostitutes submissive or to maximize profits. A pimp may also offer to protect his prostitutes from rival pimps and prostitutes, or from abusive clients. He can also enable a prostitute to work in a particular area under his control. Pimping is illegal in many countries.

Nur damit ist mir ja nicht geholfen. Auch im deutschen Recht wird ja alles mögliche noch aufgesplittet. Zudem macht der Cop ja eine Unterscheidung. Haben wir vielleicht ein paar Juristen hier, die Anstöße geben könnten? Wäre sehr nett. Bei wikipedia wird pandering mit procuring (Kuppelei) gleichgesetzt.

Procuring or pandering is the facilitation or provision of a prostitute in the arrangement of a sex act with a customer. Pimps are known under the law as procurers. Examples of procuring include: bringing a prostitute into a country for the purpose of soliciting sex operating a prostitution business,

Pandering is one form of procuring. In most places where prostitution is illegal, so is procuring, whether the relationship between the procurer and prostitute is formal or informal
