    Die REported W-2 Wages sind quasi der Bruttolohn minus "Less Other Cafe 125"

    HILFE! Kann mir jemand erklären, was genau unter Less Other Cafe fällt oder gar eine Übersetzung liefern?

    Es handelt sich um einen sogenannten Cafeteria Plan nach Section 125, bei dem Beitraege zu einem Krankenversicherungskonto entrichtet werden, die steuerfrei sind

    ich würde mal vermuten, dass das "Less other" Sonstige Abzüge sind, so wie Kaffeekasse oder Kantinenpauschale-
