Bedeutet das wirklich nicht Besonderes? Ich suche nämlich grade nach einer passenden Übersetzung für: "He'd walked the city, it's Christmas clatter, and tasted it's jingle-jangled nerves ..." Da "jingle" eher für etwas halbwegs Melodisches steht, "jangle" dagegen für ein eher misstönendes Geräusch, kann es im Zusammenhang - besonders mit "nerves" - m.E. "gereizt, überreizt" bedeuten oder ähnliches. Und ein "jingle jangle morning" ist vielleicht so einer, an dem man nix Recht's mit sich anzufangen weiß und alles einem irgendwie auf den Wecker geht ...?

Ich würde nicht zwingenderweise den "schönen Morgen" wählen, siehe Film "Dangerous Minds", in welchem Dylan's song untersucht wird, und "jingle-jangle morning" auch ein Morgen nach einer durchzechten/drogenreichen/gefährlichen Nacht sein kann, an dem man sich dementsprechend fühlt. Übersetzungen finde ich schwer, von "antriebslos verkatert" bis "taub und ziellos" wäre einiges möglich, meiner Meinung nach.
