    He wants to see me not just fall but (rather) plummet.

    Bei crash denke ich eher an den Aufprall (auch wenn es die Bedeutung abstürzen auch hat).

    Not only does he want to see me fall, he wants to see me crash.

    Mit dem 'crash' habe ich weniger das Problem, wenn du es lieber magst, aber mit 'he doesn't only'. Das klingt schief.
