I've never seen it used. If we use this concept at all (and it's definitely less common in the UK than stating a date or date range) then we say, for example, week 26.

it depends on the field
In engineering CW is common and means the whole calendar week and not the week ending (which should be followed by a date, not, for example, w/e 34 but w/e 26.06)
