    Es tut mir leid, aber ich kann den Termin nicht wahrnehmen, weil ich von Montag bis Freitag auf einer Geschäftsreise sein werde.

    I think Tim was trying to say "I can't possibly come" but I think that's a little too strong. Just delete it like lorna said and the sentence is fine.

    Also, get rid of the comma.
