I would call them "pressure point pads." I don't know if we have something like this, but they're not really "pillows" so I would call them pads. "Pressure points" are all over the body. Does this fit?

edit: Sorry, ich habe gerade gemerkt, dass die Sitzkissen u. ä. hier gerade nicht gesucht sind. Ich lasse das mal trotzdem stehen, für die Nachwelt, falls mal jemand Sitzkissen unter diesem Stichwort suchen sollte.
