Da das ja nicht unbedingt streng medizinisch sein muß, wie wäre:

'I've got an inflammation of the inner ear' ?. . .

Oder:

infection of the auditory canal

inner ear infection

Es mag ja in diesem Zusammenhang nicht entscheidend sein, aber der Gehörgang gehört nicht zum Innenohr
