    It should be 3 p.m. not 15 p.m.

    Wie umgangsprachlich ist eigentlich:
    'Is Saturday still on?' ?
Würde man das nur zu Freunden sagen oder auch im Geschäfts-Kontext (zu Kunden etwa, die man nicht so gut kennt)?

"Shall we stick with/to" hat verdächtig wenig Internet-Fundstellen!

Are we still on for Saturday afternoon?

is what I always say (British English)

You can say it in a business setting, depending on how well you know the people. Otherwise you'd say:

"Are we still meeting on Saturday afternoon?"

#6: which just goes to show that the number of Google hits is not a guaranteed indicator of correctness or otherwise. There's nothing wrong (in BE at least) with Shall we stick with...? or Let's stick with... for that matter.

There's nothing wrong wit it per se, but it means something different than "Bleibt's bei Samstag?" I would use "shall we / let's stick with" if a change in plans had been discussed, but we then decided to go with the original plan. But "Bleibt's bei Samstag?" is just asking for confirmation of plans made previously, in which case I would opt for "Is Saturday still on?" or "Are we still on for Saturday?".

#11: you're right about the nuance in meaning.
