    I'm not too fond of "solidarity" since the first thing I think of is Lech Walesa.

    I would probably just say:

    Thank you for the good and loyal working relationship.

    "Cooperation" doesn't really mean anything here (at least not in English).

    Second sentence:

    ...best wishes TO you and your family for the holiday season.

    Evtl. könnte das Wort eher in Richtung Loyalität gehen, um die schräge Assoziation zu vermeiden?
