Playmobil man, if it's a man, or Playmobil figure, if you're not as specific. It is a little like in German, but the "o" is more of a schwa and the "il" sounds more like "seal".

"Playmobil" ist eine in Europa sehr bekannte Spielzeugmarke. In den USA ist die Marke AFAIK weitgehend unbekannt.
Nicht verwechseln mit "Play Mobile", einem polnischen Mobilfunkanbieter.
