These terms were used in a recent NCIS episode. From the context they refer to sexual practices or services rendered by a prostitute.

I checked Dalzell, Sex Slang, and the Urban Dictionary in vain; any ideas?

Yes, penguin, NCIS. The TV Show? Not that it matters much, I suppose.

All I know is that other people are wondering, too. See link above and other Google results, CBS message board, etc.

mox = moxy? Sounds like something to do with S&M, but that's just a wild guess.

I don't think it's meant to be quite that kinky :) For those who know the show, it's supposed to describe Tony DiNozzo's presumed preferences as he goes undercover as a john.

I am more and more inclined to believe that the whole thing is simply made up and has no real meaning. Thanks for your thoughts so far.

[ETA] @5: Actually, after watching the whole scene that theory begins to make a little more sense.

Yeah, what's that word in German now, Domina, I think? ;-)
