Sorry, not exactly clear.
The Grundrechtsträger actually has the right, while the grundrechtsberechtigt is entitled to it. Thus they could be on opposing sides in a process.

Also ich dächte "Grundrechtsträger" bzw. grundrechtsberechtigt wäre das selbe..nur synonym...Well, I just want to say that legal persons are "grundrechtsberechtigt" (also, dass für diese die Grundrechte auch gelten) as well (not just natural persons) And I need to say it in proper English :)

(All) persons are entitled to basic rights.
(All) authorized persons are entitled to basic rights.

"Legal persons" and "natural persons" need clearer definition, if possible. Does the above cover your requirement?

Es gibt auch Personenvereinigungen, die keine juristische Person sind und dennoch bestimmte Grundrechte innehaben.
Ob man das mit -berechtigt oder -träger ausdrückt ist nebensächlich.

Auch wenn es schon etwas älter ist könnte es ja doch noch von interesse sein...
Soweit ich das verstehe sind "Grundrechtsträger" (natürliche/juristische) Personen, wohingegen "Grundrechtsberechtigte" solche sind, die eben noch keine Grundrechtsträger sind, z.B. Embryonen oder Föten. (vgl. § 1 BGB)

Hier geht es doch einmal um ein Nomen und einmal um ein Adjektiv...
