    Gültige Abkürzungen für established

    Hallo,

est. is the correct abbreviation (not est'd)

I agree it's probably the only officially correct version, but I have seen "Est'd" a lot on logos and slogans and so on.. It's pretty common..

I've seen it (est'd) too, but I'm not sure whether it was for established or estimated, but I couldn't find it in any dictionary.

Well it's on beers and sweaters and stuff, and it usually says EST'D 1890 or something, so I guess it means established :)

    You're right, that's where I've seen it!

In front of some company buildings too.
