    Was ist denn hier mit "expatriation of dividends" gemeint? Bedeutet das einfach, dass Dividenden ins Ausland gezahlt werden?

    Devisenausfuhr unterliegt in Libyen vermutlich der strengen fiskalischen Kontrolle. (Oder geht da was mit Bakschisch? ;-)
