    I understand that I'm dealing with sub-mammary wound dehiscence, but I don't understand the abreviations and what comes after the first couple of words. The context is adverse events following breast cancer treatment. Thanks for your help!

    bds. ["beidseits"]: on both sides, bilateral
    St.p. [auch S/P, "Status post" = "Zustand nach"], ein LEO-Dauerbrenner...

    Suggestionnote the misuse of "status post"

    The patient is status post reduction mammoplasty and always will be. She developed wound dehiscinces after the surgery. She did not develop wound dehiscence "status post surgery".
