I'm sending a filled-out document back to my insurance company. A self-addressed envelope came with the document, so I'm using that, but I'm not sure whether or not I need a stamp. In the upper right-hand corner of the envelope is a square with "Bitte freimachen, falls Marke zur Hand" written in it. I *do* still need a stamp, don't I?

    Thanks!

No; it means that, if you happen to have a stamp ready and you're willing to pay for the delivery, it would be appreciated if you put the stamp on. But you don't have to. If you don't, the company will pay for it.
