Dear Colleagues,
As you no doubt already know, on the first of January I took over from Jane Doe as Personal Assistant to AB and CD. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
I was born in Germany’s Black Forest region and until recently lived in Frankfurt. I have been with XYZ for 24 years, first as a trainee office administrator then as secretary and PA in various departments, all of which gave me an important insight into the workings of the company. In Frankfurt I worked for five years on the DB Account, and my last position was in the area of Cooperative Banks and Smarter Work.
I am looking forward to the challenges of my new position and to working together with you, and I hope that I will have the chance to meet you all personally in the near future.

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
wie Sie sicher schon erfahren haben, bin ich seit 1.1. Jane Does Nachfolgerin als Assistentin von AB and CD und möchte mich daher kurz vorstellen.
Ich komme aus Deutschland, stamme ursprünglich aus dem Schwarzwald und lebte bis vor kurzem in Frankfurt. Ich bin seit 24 Jahren bei XYZ, wo ich nach meiner Ausbildung zur Bürokauffrau als Sekretärin und Assistentin verschiedene Bereiche des Unternehmens durchlaufen habe und wichtige Erfahrungen sammeln konnte. In Frankfurt war ich 5 Jahre im DB Account und zuletzt im Bereich Genossenschaftsbanken und Smarter Work tätig.
Ich freue mich auf meine neue Aufgabe und auf die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen.
Sofern wir noch nicht die Gelegenheit hatten, hoffe ich, Sie auch bald persönlich kennenzulernen.
