It should be the other way around: 'Go Oilers!' You can also say 'Come on, Oilers!'

Not sure exactly what you mean by 'I'm coming' -- are you going to attend the game? What about something like this:

I'm going to catch the (playoff) spirit!

Okay, sorry, I've been following soccer, not hockey, so I must admit I have no idea how the Oilers are doing or if they're still playing. Anyway, don't say 'Go Oilers,' that's what you say when you're cheering the team on, encouraging them to play well or to win the next game.

Maybe what you want is something more like 'Right behind the Oilers, here I come,' or 'First the Oilers, now me,' or 'The Oilers led the way, now I'm coming too.' Catch the spirit or the vibes (isn't that usually plural? but vibe probably isn't wrong either) is okay, get in on the celebrations, share the mood, enjoy the festive atmosphere ...
