    "unlimited loan" doesn`t sound right.

    Use "the loan, with an open due date, can be ..."

    or

    The loan has no due date and can be ...

    I'm not quite sure about the German sentence. The first and the second half don't seem to tie up properly. Here's my attempt: The open-ended loan may be terminated anytime at a day's notice and is due for repayment including of interest.
