Ich würde die Überschrift der Klausel (die typischerweise die erste Klausel in einem Gesellschaftsvertrag ist) auf englisch mit "Legal Name and Registered Address" übersetzen.

Der englisch/amerikanisch exakte juristische Begriff für "Firma" ist "firm name", nicht "legal name".
