    would be my immediate reaction (but if looking into the future I would say I will ride my bike every day as long as it doesn't rain).

    Grundsätzlich aber mit dude in #3: present continuous, nicht present perfect (denk ich mal, aber ich kann heute Abend nicht wirklich noch klar denken).
