From the union of liberties in fraternalism of the peoples will arise the sympathy of spirit, germinates of that immense future, where the universel/worldwide life begins from the human genre, which will be called the peace of Europe.

in French:
De l'union des libertés dans la fraternité des peuples naîtra la sympathie des âmes, germe de cet immense avenir où commencera pour le gnere humain la vie universelle qu'on l'appellera la paix de l'Europe.
