    It is meant as a statement.

    My motivation: I searched for the correct plural form for "apology" and found two forum entries with the title "Gute Entschuldigungen". They didn't give me a translation, so I added a new one.

    Shouldn't I have done that, or should I have used a different forum?

    Es gibt ein Forum "Neuer Eintrag fuer LEO", wo man entsprechend Neueintraege ins Woerterbuch vorschlagen kann. Dazu sind allerdings Belege erforderlich; lies Dir dazu die Hinweise/Anleitung durch.
