sebaceous cyst oder Talgzyste scheint aber noch etwas anderes zu sein als das Atherom, das mit dem Haarfollikel in Verbindung steht

But I definitely agree with Kai_F and Miss Take that atheroma exclusively denotes atheromatous plaques within artery walls.
