Comment	Ich möchte bei einem Kunden nachfragen, der ein Angebot erhalten hat (bzw erhalten haben sollte) und sich seitdem nicht mehr gemeldet hat. Die Übersetzung hört sich für mich völlig falsch an aber was besseres fällt mir momentan nicht ein. Ich bin dankbar für jede Hilfe/Idee. Danke

Wenn bei mir einer mit dieser Wortwahl nachfragt, notiere ich "Drückermethoden, lästig" in der Bewertung des Angebots. Es ist in Ordnung sich zu erkundigen, ob das Angebot richtig angekommen ist; und wenn man schon dran ist, fragt man gleich noch nach, wie man damit liegt. Man kann auch nachfragen, ob Erläuterungen zum Angebot oder zusätzliche Informationen gebraucht werden. Manche Lieferanten erklären, sie müssten für ihre mittelfristige Produktionsplanung wissen, ob sie unseren Auftrag mit eintakten sollen... Das geht auch.

Das ist die ziemlich genaue Übersetzung des Ausgangssatzes.

Ich finde sowohl den deutschen als auch den englischen Satz völlig unmöglich. Wenn bei mir einer mit dieser Wortwahl nachfragt, notiere ich "Drückermethoden, lästig" in der Bewertung des Angebots.

Es ist in Ordnung sich zu erkundigen, ob das Angebot richtig angekommen ist; und wenn man schon dran ist, fragt man gleich noch nach, wie man damit liegt.

Man kann auch nachfragen, ob Erläuterungen zum Angebot oder zusätzliche Informationen gebraucht werden.

Manche Lieferanten erklären, sie müssten für ihre mittelfristige Produktionsplanung wissen, ob sie unseren Auftrag mit eintakten sollen... Das geht auch.

Comment		Danke euch beiden für die Antwort. @Eifelblume: Ich denke die Formulierung an sich ist schon in Ordnung, da wir per Du sind (soweit man das im Englischen sein kann) und öfters mit dem Kunden zusammen arbeiten, es soll also tatsächlich nur eine "lässige" Nachfrage sein ob er das Angebot bekommen hat (was per Post manchmal nicht der Fall ist international) und wie es damit ausschaut...

Comment		Ich stimme Eifelblume zu. Formlos muss nicht unhöflich sein. Wenn ich formlos nachfrage, dann formuliere ich das üblicherweise so ähnlich: This is just a short note to make sure you have received our offer. Have you had time yet to go over it in detail? I would appreciate your opinion.

Comment		I would probably shy away from #4 as it can come across as impatient. If, in fact, the inquiry can be fairly informal, I might say something like, "I just wanted to check in with you to see if you've had a chance to look over our offer" or "... if you've made / been able to make a decision regarding our offer yet."
