    "Aye Aye" gibt es auch in der deutschen Seemannssprache, und es ist tatsächlich das Äquivalent zum militärischen "Jawohl" -- die Bestätigung eines Befehls, im Gegensatz zur positiven Antwort auf eine Frage:
    "Ist der Ankerball gesetzt?" - "Ja, Käpt'n!"
    "Dann hol den Ankerball nieder!" - "Aye aye, Käpt'n!"
