    Muss eine E-mail an eine Universität schicken und bin mir bereits ziemlich sicher, dass ich den richtigen Ansprechpartner gefunden habe ... höflichkeitshalber würde ich trotzdem gerne so eine Floskel aufnehmen.

    "at yours" hört sich an wie "bei Ihnen zu Hause"

    Vielleicht "I hope you are the right person to speak to"
